Ryan, I checked several places and they go from $70 to about $400 for nice looking rims. I imagine you can spend a lot more than $400 each, but most of that would be in WOW factor. Or as we used to call them PEWs. I will let your imagination figure out the acronym, so I don't get myself in trouble.

I don't think it would be cost effective and the downside with beadlocks is the more torque you have the more likely it is that you will have a catastrophic failure of the tire. Never happened to me, but I've seen it done. When we tie up major buck into or wheels and tires we would like to get some use out of them.

Thanks guys , I run bead locks now and was pricing out a new set of 16"s. I was surprised at the $400 per wheel quote they gave me. Thats why I asked you.

Iron Man, I had the pleasure of seeing Ryan run the first race of 2013 at Prairie City. He did lose a wheel there, but I think it was rusting out. Torque seems to have a lot to do with tires looking like Ryan's does below.
