To whom it may concern,

I am relocating the fuel cell in my class 11 from the front to the rear. In the Score rule book which is nearly the same as VORRA, it says that there must be a substantial cross member between the driver and fuel cell.

Question:
Can this substantial cross bar be removable?

Paul, I would think it would be up to George, but I'm sure it would need to be welded.
